FORSYTH, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – Monroe County filmmaker John Walton will hold a viewing of his new documentary that chronicles the life of former Mary Persons High School Head Football Coach Dan Pitts on February 1 at the Monroe County Fine Arts Center. Doors open at 5 p.m., with the viewing to start at 6 p.m. Former players, coaches, family, and friends will make remarks following the presentation at 7 p.m.

Come celebrate the life of the fourth winningest head coach in the state. A legendary coach who had such a lasting impact on and off the field in the Forsyth community.

Proceeds from the premiere will support the Coach Dan Pitts Memorial Scholarship.
