MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Macon Regional Crime Stoppers is spotlighting five individuals wanted by law enforcement agencies across Middle Georgia as part of its ongoing effort to encourage community involvement in locating fugitives.

Crime Stoppers partners with media outlets and law enforcement agencies in eight Middle Georgia counties, offering anonymous rewards for tips that lead to arrests.

The following individuals are wanted:

44-year-old Andrew Upshaw is wanted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for a Superior Court violation of probation. The original charges include four counts of child molestation of a minor.
27-year-old Quatravious Napier is wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office for murder in connection with a June 18, 2026, stabbing at the Macon Inn.
19-year-old Angel Hernandez is wanted by the Jones County Sheriff’s Office on multiple counts of entering an auto with intent to commit theft.
28-year-old Musaab Humayun is wanted by the Jones County Sheriff’s Office for possession of alprazolam, also known as Xanax, a Schedule IV controlled substance; possession of hydrocodone, a Schedule II controlled substance; and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
38-year-old Kelvin Howard is wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of possession of an article with altered identification marks, a Superior Court bench warrant and a violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
