Crimestoppers looking for man wanted for meth possession in Twiggs County

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Sgt. Greg Thomas of Macon Regional Crimestoppers appeared on 41Today to highlight five suspects currently wanted by law enforcement in Middle Georgia and to share the organization’s word of the day.

Crimestoppers partners with media outlets, police departments and law enforcement agencies across eight Middle Georgia counties to offer anonymous rewards for tips that lead to arrests.

The following individuals are currently wanted:

  • Wendell Purvis is wanted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office on a Superior Court bench warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

  • Justin Norman is wanted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office on a Superior Court bench warrant for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug-related items and DUI.

  • Gerald Casey is wanted by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for a Superior Court probation violation on an original charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

  • Aimee Kelly is wanted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated assault, battery under the Family Violence Act, third-degree cruelty to children and exploitation, abuse or deprivation of a disabled or elderly person.

  • Michael Thrasher is wanted by the Twiggs County Sheriff’s Office for possession of methamphetamine.
