Crime Stoppers seeks man wanted for failure to register as a sex offender in Bibb County

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Macon Regional Crime Stoppers is spotlighting five individuals wanted by law enforcement agencies across Middle Georgia as part of its ongoing effort to encourage community involvement in locating fugitives.

Crime Stoppers partners with media outlets and law enforcement agencies in eight Middle Georgia counties, offering anonymous rewards for tips that lead to arrests.

The following individuals are wanted:

  • 30-year-old Tangie Nelson is wanted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for first-degree forgery, giving false information to law enforcement, expired registration and no driver’s license on person.
  • 33-year-old David Bryant is wanted by the Peach County Sheriff’s Office for Superior Court probation violation, original charge of theft by taking.
  • 40-year-old Joshua Brown is wanted by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office for criminal trespass. He is also wanted by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office in Augusta, Georgia, for failure to appear for DUI-alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, expired registration and speeding.
  • 72-year-old Yvonne Armstrong is wanted by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office for deposit account fraud.
  • 57-year-old Norman Walker is wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office for a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for failure to register as a sex offender. He is also wanted by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office in Canton, Georgia, for aggravated assault, battery and Superior Court probation violation, original charge of failing to register as a sex offender and sexual battery.
