Cooler, drier air settles into the area, more rain tomorrow night
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Rain and storms leave as quickly as they entered. Now, dry air moves into our the southeast, giving us a fantastic Wednesday to enjoy.
High today will be a cool 60, along with a breeze from the northwest and low humidity. This evening, cloud cover picks up a bit, and temperatures drop to the mid 40s. Tomorrow morning, mostly sunny with a low of 32.
But the dry weather won’t last too long; a low pressure system moves into the area Thursday night.
ETA for this system is between 6pm – 8pm Thursday. While there’s a slight chance for storms, most of the precipitation will be in the form of rain. The system leaves early Friday morning, and the sun returns Friday afternoon.
This weekend will be dry and seasonable with highs in the mid 60. Enjoy!
