Concerned Residents Continue Discussions Surrounding Macon Miracle

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Tonight, Bibb County residents gathered at Lizella Baptist Church hoping to hear what they call a plan of action for those not completely in favor of the Macon Miracle.

The group, “Bibb Schools Supporters” organized the meeting. The goal was to focus discussion around the strategic plan, but the focus shifted after the first speaker.

Commissioner Joe Allen spoke candidly to the audience about getting voters to the polls during the upcoming election. He stressed the importance of holding elected officials accountable.
