Cochran-Bleckley County Chamber of Commerce to host Country Fest

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce is set to host Country Fest.

President/CEO of the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce, Melissa Barker, says the event is family-friendly and encourages everyone to participate.

The Pumpkin Run begins at 8 a.m. and the blood drive begins at 10 a.m. Barker says she hopes the blood drive can help people in need, especially after Hurricane Helene.

There will also be a Pumpkin Rock Hunt that starts at 10 a.m. followed by the scavenger hunt at 11 a.m.

There festival will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be live music, vendors, and fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

There will be a chili cook-off, pumpkin decorating contest, and cake walk.
