City of Dublin collects old tires

DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The City of Dublin is calling on residents to assist with a city-wide tire cleanup effort. To aid in this endeavor, the city has established two designated drop-off locations for tire disposal.

Residents who need to dispose of old tires can take advantage of Container 1, located at the intersection of North Washington and East Mary Street, or Container 2, situated at the Oconee Gym. Both locations will be accessible until Monday, April 24, 2023.

Dublin officials urge all residents to participate in the cleanup initiative, which will enhance the safety and appearance of the city. Proper tire disposal is essential in preventing environmental hazards and beautifying the community.
