Christmas tree recycling event Saturday in Warner Robins
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Keep Warner Robins Beautiful says don’t throw your Christmas tree out in the trash, recycle it. Its Great Christmas Tree Round-up is Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Maple Street.
In exchange for each tree, you will receive a free seedling.
The recycled trees will be chipped into mulch and used to keep city parks green and beautiful. It will also be put in area lakes and streams to help improve the fish habitat.
