Chilly today, chillier later this week
Middle Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Highs are cool today, but they’ll be even chillier by midweek. Quite the turnaround, really, as temperatures were almost 30 degrees colder this morning compared to Sunday morning. The highs won’t see the same downturn, but it’ll still be chillier than yesterday with a high of 50.
So what’s this chillier weather I’m talking about? A ‘dry front’ (a cold front that produces no rain) swings into the area Tuesday night. It’ll barely bring clouds to the area, and no rain is associated with it. However, you’ll feel the difference in temperatures. Here are the highs from today through Wednesday after the front moves through the area:
Monday: 50
Tuesday: 53
Wednesday: 48
Lows will remain in the 20s through Thursday morning.
I have temperatures warming by the end of the week, along with a (so far) slight chance for showers Friday and Saturday before another cooldown arrives Sunday.
