Central Georgia Technical College hosts 2014 Empowerment Day
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Central Georgia Technical College offered a free GED practice test at their Fall 2014 Empowerment Day.
The event also included representatives from The Adult Education Department and Academic Admissions Office to give people the resources they need to get an education.
“We serve individuals who have dropped out of school for whatever reason and this is their second chance at getting a good job and a good education,” said Brenda Brown, Vice President of Adult Education at CGTC.
CGTC’s Adult Education program offers GED preparation courses free of charge at various sites in their 12-county service area.
