Car accident causes delays on I-16/I-75 interstate exchange

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)  – Expect delays if you’re traveling on I-16W toward the I-75N/I-75S split in Macon.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says a car accident is causing a traffic jam.

The accident happened  in the southbound lane of I-75S.

Be careful if you’re traveling in that area.
