MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – At Windsor Academy Friday evening, the 18-6 Brentwood Lady War Eagles defeated the 21-4 CFCA Lady Lancers 62-49 to capture the GIAA AA District 2 Championship.

These teams split the regular season series, with Brentwood having won the last game they played 65-64 on their home court.

The 20-4 CFCA Boys came out with the region championship victory over 20-4 Brentwood 72-59.
