Body of a Peach County Man in Fatal Motorcycle Accident Found Three Days After Accident

Stephen Elliot was a 26 year old husband and father of four, who loved to ride his motorcycle. Early Monday morning, he went out for a ride, but never called, and never returned home.

Wednesday, Stephen’s body was found in the woods, with his motorcycle on top of him. Stephen was only a quarter of a mile away from home when he crashed.

Stephen was traveling south on Boy Scout Road in Byron, when he came to a curve in the road. The Peach County Sheriff’s Office says, Stephen was driving too fast for the curve, lost control, and drove into the trees.

Stephen’s best friend, Kevin, says it seems so unreal that Stephen is gone.

“He was a good dad, he was a good friend, he loved his wife, he loved his mother, and was just a nice guy overall. He didn’t deserve to die like this,”Kevin said.
