UPDATE: Man found dead inside Macon home

UPDATE:  MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Macon man was found dead inside his home Friday night.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to a call at 140 Lamar Street just before 6 o’clock. They found 60-year-old Javan Wright unresponsive inside the home.

There don’t appear to be any signs of foul play, according to the sheriff’s office. The Bibb County Coroner’s Office says the medical examiner’s office will perform an autopsy.

MACON, Georgia (WMGT/41NBC) – The Macon-Bibb County assistant coroner is on the scene of a death investigation.

Assistant Coroner Luann Stone says someone located the body of a male around 6:00 Friday evening.

The body was located inside a home on Lamar Street in Macon.
