Body found near Bloomfield Drive in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A decomposed body was found in Macon Thursday at 3555 Clark Street off of Bloomfield Drive.

Workers found the body around 11:30 a.m. near an abandoned house while they were working on power lines.

As of now, investigators don’t know if the body was a man or a woman, or how long it was at the location before being found.
