Blaze at Perry’s Perdue Farms

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A fire is now contained after equipment on the outside of the cooking plant at Perdue Farms in Perry.
       
According to the Houston County Fire Department, the fire started around 3:49 p.m. on Monday.

The plant was evacuated and no one was injured in the incident.

The processing plant and distribution center were not involved.
