Black Friday Shopping Frenzy Hits Middle Georgia

Bargain hunters in Middle Georgia flocked to registers this Black Friday. Several stores opened up at midnight.

Shoppers in Middle Georgia braved the cold weather waiting hours outside their favorite stores in hopes of scoring great deals on electronics, toys, and home goods.

Inside Target off Eisenhower Parkway, shoppers described the chaos as wild, vicious, and  insane.

Shopper Jason Carter said, ” Some people get a little crazy with it, but it’s worth it.”

Another shopper said she waited in line for close to an hour before checking out.

Employees at Target say so far turnout this year exceeds their expectations.

Big retail stores including Target, Best Buy, and Walmart will be continuing their Black Friday sales throughout the weekend.
