Bibb deputies make arrests in East Macon shooting, one suspect on the run

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies made two arrests in a shooting on Maynard Street in Macon, Tuesday night.

According to a news release, the call came in around 11:30 p.m. When deputies approached the scene they noticed a car speeding away from the area with the vehicle’s headlights off. When deputies stopped the vehicle, a person ran from the car. The driver and another passenger remained inside.

They were identified as 19-year-old Tylir Kendall and 20-year-old Leandra Robinson. After questioning, the two were arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

No bond has been set.
