Bibb County Sheriff’s Office looking for suspect connected to armed robbery in Macon on Sunday

The armed robbery took place just before 7 a.m. on February 9 at 2590 Rocky Creek Road.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect connected to an armed robbery that took place on Sunday at USA Grocery in Macon, according to a news release.

The armed robbery took place just before 7 a.m. on February 9 at 2590 Rocky Creek Road.

According to the news release, the suspect entered the store brandishing a firearm. The suspect approached the store clerk and demanded money. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled the store.

The suspect was wearing a short black sleeve shirt with a white shirt underneath, blue jeans, and possibly a dark-colored head scarf.
