Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigates armed robbery at north Macon Flash Foods

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that happened at the Flash Foods gas station located at 3889 Vineville Avenue in Macon.

According to a news release, witnesses say a man entered the store around 1 o’clock Sunday morning.

He had a black bag covering his right hand and demanded money out of the register.

The suspect escaped with an unknown amount of money.

He was last seen wearing a stripe shirt, dark color pants and a blue bandana around his face.
