Bibb County Sheriff David Davis appointed to State Advisory Group

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) –Bibb County Sheriff David Davis was recently appointed to the Juvenile Justice State Advisory Board by Governor Brian Kemp.
This board serves in an advisory capacity to the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and will help oversee and advise on the preparation and implementation of the State’s Juvenile Justice three-year plan. The Board also helps set funding priorities for the plan.
“I am proud to have been selected by Governor Kemp to join this committee group of individuals from across the state, working to enhance the lives of youth across Georgia,” Davis said.
The State Advisory group consists of representatives from entities with a stake in the juvenile justice system in Georgia.
