Bibb County School District’s Online Feedback Survey Goes Live, Ends July 11

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Parents and teachers who missed out on two listening sessions put on by Bibb Schools’ interim superintendent Dr. Steve Smith last week will get another chance to offer their thoughts and concerns.

The district has set up an online survey for community members to submit feedback.  The survey can be found here.

Smith wants to know what the school system is doing now that it shouldn’t be doing and what it isn’t doing that it should be doing.

Around 200 parents, teachers and employees attended the June 18 and June 20 listening sessions at Central High School.  They were split into focus groups and asked to voice their opinions about anything and everything to do with the school system.

The online survey was set up for those who couldn’t attend those meetings.  It will be up until July 11.

Smith plans to take the feedback received and create a plan to tackle the most pressing issues befoe the school year begins in August.
