Bibb County School District Partners with Organizations to Offer Flu Vaccine

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County School District is partnering with North Central Health District and the Macon-Bibb County Health Department and are offering free flu shots to students.

Letters and consent forms were sent home to parents in early September. In order to get the vaccination, forms must be signed. Students can get the vaccination by nasal mist or shot.

Nurses will be visiting Bibb County schools until October 20, 2014.
