Bibb County Deputies Find Meth Lab on Fulton Mill Road

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Investigators headed to arrest a man wanted for burglary found a working meth lab at the suspect’s home on Fulton Mill Road.

Deputies were planning to arrest Christopher Potts for breaking into a Chi-chester’s, but when they got to his home Monday, they found him and 29-year old Mark Strickland making meth, according to a news release.

Both were arrested and face numerous drug charges.  Potts also faces that burglary charge.  They remain in the Bibb County Jail without bond.

Investigators recovered the working methamphetamine lab, 4 grams of methamphetamines (street value of $480.00), and 5 rifles.  The GBI helped clean-up the lab.
