Bibb County Career Coaches Getting Kids Excited About School
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – There’s seven people, one in each Bibb County high school, who are lifting the spirits of students like Michael Anderson.
“She helped me get into the apprentice program, She make sure I got transportation to and from the school… she make sure I was straight, all right and when I graduate school everything will be situated to my needs,” says Anderson.
That person is Patricia Galloway, better known as Rutland High School’s career coach.
“We are not counselors, we are coaches, but they come to us, and we don’t just talk about courses. Today, Michael and I talked about his future,” says Galloway.
