Macon-Bibb Commissioners extend hours for alcohol sales on Sunday

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon-Bibb Commissioners extend the hours for alcohol sales on Sunday’s.

Commissioners amended an ordinance in a commission meeting Tuesday evening, that will now allow residents to buy alcohol in stores from 11 a.m. on Sundays until midnight.

Hours for alcohol sales Monday through Saturday are from 8 a.m. until midnight.
