Baldwin County School Officials React to Handcuffing Six Year Old
MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Baldwin County School System is remaining tight-lipped in their response to the handcuffing of a six year old kindergarten student at Creekside Elementary.
Superintendent Geneva Braziel was not available for comment today, but she did release a statement in response to the incident that happened at Creekside Elementary on Friday, April 13th.
She says, “Our School District has received numerous requests for comment regarding the incident involving a kindergarten student who was handcuffed by the Milledgeville Police Department. We are bound by student confidentiality laws which prevent us from commenting further than the brief statement below:
