Baby Found Dead in Jones County

Investigators will have to wait on an autopsy to learn what happened to a 2 month old baby.

The sheriff’s office was called to a home this morning on Patterson Road,
and found the baby dead.

Someone at the home called 911 when the baby wouldn’t respond.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.

Investigators say there’s no indication of foul play.
