Authorities Investigate Death At Bibb County Jail

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Authorities are investigating the death of 32-year-old Chavis Bernard Poole.

Poole was found dead in his cell at the Bibb County Jail this morning, just before 10:30. He arrived at the jail on March 29th for the charge of Probation Violation State Court.

An autopsy is being scheduled to determine a cause of death.
