Atlanta rapper Offset in stable condition after Florida shooting

Two individuals have been detained in connection with the incident.

(NBC)- Atlanta rapper Offset is in stable condition after being shot in Florida, according to a representative for the artist.

Police in Seminole say they are aware of the shooting, which happened at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and left the rapper with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital for treatment.

Authorities say officers were on scene immediately and were able to contain the situation quickly.
