Arrest made in Warner Robins murder

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia – A Warner Robins man is now facing charges in the death of 55-year-old Elliot Mizell.

Police say 24-year-old Daniel Thomas was arrested Monday at a home on Hidden Creek Circle.

Mizell died after he was shot at Villa North Court over the weekend.

Police say Mizell and Thomas were friends.

Thomas is charged with burglary, murder, and aggravated assault. Police say Thomas could face even more charges.
