Armed robbery suspect arrested at Macon home
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The man accused of three armed robberies in Macon is now behind bars.
Bibb deputies and US Marshals Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 32-year-old Antonio Ivey Sr. Tuesday afternoon. He was hiding in a bedroom at a home on West Marion Rd.
Ivey is accused of using a handgun to rob two people, one in a Walmart parking lot and the other in a Kroger parking lot on Saturday. The sheriff’s office says he also robbed the Advanced Auto Parts on Pio Nono Ave.
Ivey is charged with three counts of armed robbery.
