Armed robbery reported at Circle K on Riverside Drive

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning armed robbery that happened just before 4 a.m. at the Circle K on Riverside Drive.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) –The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning armed robbery that happened just before 4 a.m. at the Circle K on Riverside Drive.

​According to the Sheriff’s Office, a male suspect entered the gas station at 2580 Riverside Drive, showed a gun to the store clerk, and demanded money. After taking an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect ran outside, where another individual was waiting. No injuries were reported during the incident.  The first suspect is described as a Black male wearing all dark clothing and a mask. The second suspect is described as a Black male wearing a blue hoodie and dark pants.
