Armed Robbery at North Bibb County Hotel

MACON,Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding the man who robbed a hotel early Thursday morning.

According to a news release, witnesses said the man walked into the Comfort Inn & Suites on Arkwright Road around 2:00AM. He approached the clerk, demanded money, the clerk’s cell phone and personal computer. The suspect got the money, the items, and left in what looked like a late 90’s or early 2000’s model sedan.

The suspect was wearing dark colored clothing and a white mask at the time of the robbery. He is described as approximately 5’7 with a medium build. No one was injured in this incident.
