Armed Robbery at El Carnaval

Macon police are investigating an armed robbery at El Carnaval on Pio Nono Avenue. According to police, Friday night two suspects entered the business and forced two clerks to open the cash registers at gun point.

The suspects took money from the registers and one of the clerk’s wallets.
They also took the other clerk’s purse but threw it down when he discovered there wasn’t any money in it.
