Armed robber steals pills from CVS in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who took pills from a CVS Pharmacy after flashing a gun at the clerk.

The armed robbery happened at the CVS on Gray Highway Tuesday night.

Investigators say the suspect walked into the store and handed the pharmacy clerk a note demanding pills. He then showed the clerk a handgun. After getting some pills, the suspect left on foot.

The suspect was wearing an orange shirt, jeans and a ball-cap.
