The former Houston County Bears Quarterback and Memphis Tigers Four Star Commit accepted his invitation to play at the AlamoDome in San Antonio Jan. 11 on 41NBC

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – Former Houston County Bears QB Antwaan Hill Junior accepted his jersey to play in the Navy All-American Bowl Game on January 11.
The Four Star Memphis Tigers Commit plans to follow his cousin, and Bengals Center, Deontrey Hill, in his footsteps after the former Georgia Bulldog played in this game back in 2021.
Hill initially planned to play at the Under Armour Bowl, but decided to switch to what he felt was a better game to play in. The incoming Tigers Freshman QB is also playing in the Polynesian Bowl on January 17 at 4 p.m in Honolulu before taking a plane to Memphis to start college, the very next day.
After the ceremony, Hill spoke on why he made the decision to switch and what this moment means to him.
“Family have played in this game and I just want to play in it, and continue the tradition” said Hill Wednesday night. “We got more in the family that is going to play in it so, just wait on that. I just feel like this is the best game. Playing against the top guys, top quarterbacks I’m going to be competing against with so, I’m just ready for it.”
Hill also wanted to thank everyone for their support. “Everybody that has just put their one percent into me since I was a kid, since I started the game of football. Macon County Recreation Department, all the way up to Houston County High. I just want to thank everyone along this journey and there is more to come.”
Hill then explained his next steps. “As soon as the Navy Bowl ends, I have to get on a plane and go straight to Hawaii. We got that one too, that’s Adidas too so, three stripe life!”
Catch Hill and all the other talented stars at the AlamoDome on January 11 at 1 p.m. on 41NBC.
