Annual Christmas Feast & Toy Giveaway happening in Macon
The holiday season in Macon is bringing joy to families in need with the Lois Taylor Institute of Excellence’s annual Christmas Feast & Toy Giveaway.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The event will take place on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Terminal Station, 200 Cherry Street, downtown Macon, starting at 11 a.m.
The nonprofit organization expects to serve even more families and distribute more toys than ever before this year. In addition to a delicious holiday meal, children in the community will receive toys, spreading holiday cheer to households across the area.
Sandra Bryant, event coordinator, and State Representative Anissa Jones, chair of the nonprofit, are leading the effort. The mother-daughter duo continues a long-standing tradition that grew out of the 26-year legacy of the Anita Ponder Holiday Feast, ensuring families have something to celebrate during the holiday season.
Volunteers are needed on December 20th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Terminal Station to help wrap gifts and prepare for the big day. Community members interested in donating toys, volunteering, or helping in other ways are encouraged to get involved.
For more information or to schedule interviews, contact Sandra Bryant at 478-737-8930. Families in need and those who want to volunteer are invited to join in spreading holiday cheer at this heartwarming event.
