Afternoon Showers/Storms

More of the same type of weather again today.  There is plenty of clouds today, which in fact have hurt our shower and storm chances.  We still have a nice SE flow (ie Southeast wind off the Atlantic) and yes, its bringing in moisture, but its not the greatest wind to really drive in thunderstorms around here.  More of the same weather again tonight, and really for Saturday and Sunday.  There will be a bit of a better chance for storms on Saturday, but Sunday through Tuesday should be the best chances for afternoon showers and storms.  The temperatures are going to begin to go up as well.  Enjoy the mid 80’s for Saturday because Sunday they will be pushing 90 degrees.  There will be more low 90’s throughout the rest of the 7 day forecast once we get to Monday.  There will be more daily chances for showers and storms.  Nothing Severe, just the typical showers and storms for the summer time pattern.  -Chris
