A Big Dream for Dublin

If good decisions come with age, Matthew Manley is generations ahead of his peers.

“When I was 15 I decided that owning a business was what I wanted to do.

Now, the 20 year old entrepreneur owns his own graphics design company. “I think in the end it will become something big.”

They put designs on t-shirts. While this young gun is serious about his job, the boss is a little laid back.

“Casual. We stay professional, but we’re relaxed.”

But this is more than just a place to screen shirts. “I love downtown. Especially downtown dublin. It has a lot of opportunities. We have a lot of good things happening in downtown Dublin. I’m excited that me personally and my store are gonna be a part of it.”

He wants his work to shoecase his city, and get people to come visit.

“When people come, visitors, or new business, new industries, they’re gonna look at downtown first. And if they see that the downtown is booming, or that their trying to reestablish it back, or build it up to what it once was, then its an eye catch. And if you’re downtown is not big, then it’s an eye sore.

Three months into the gig, this CEO still has one last challenge looming overhead.

“I’m still living at home with my parents. not pushing me out yet, but i see it coming soon.”
