Tech Report: Amazon will pay some customers to pick up their orders
Amazon will pay some customers $10 to come and pick up their orders. The change applies to orders from locations such as Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh or Kohl’s stores, versus shipping them to a home address. Reuters reports that the move is an effort to cut costs on deliveries and returns.

Some customers will soon see new artificial intelligence technology next time they hit the Wendy’s drive-thru. The new AI will be tested at a Wendy’s in Columbus, Ohio. The company says that the AI will be able to have conversations with customers, understand made-to-order requests, and even generate answers to frequently asked questions.
