Twiggs County schools closed due to water outage

JEFFERSONVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – All Twiggs County Public School facilities are closed Tuesday due to a water outage in Jeffersonville.

According to a press release, any student who had already gotten on a school bus will be returned home.

Staff should still report at regularly scheduled hours.

This affects Jeffersonville Elementary, Twiggs County Middle School and Twiggs County High School.
