Bibb deputies search for man involved in multiple property crimes
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who they believe are involving in multiple property crimes.
63 Year old Donald Eugene Daniely is wanted for burglary and theft by deception in reference to the burglary at 2328 Ingleside Avenue, theft by taking auto of the truck and criminal attempt to commit burglary at 3136 Mercer University Drive.
The following information is from a media release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office:
On Sunday, October 2, 2016, Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies answered a call of a commercial burglary at 2328 Ingleside Avenue, Trained by Cain Studio. It was reported that the owner, Richard Cain discovered that a hole had been cut into the rear of the building. There was no alarm system on the building at the time of the burglary.
On Monday, October 3, 2016, Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies answered a call of an attempted burglary and a possible stolen vehicle at 3136 Mercer University Drive, Home Delivery Link. It was reported that someone attempted to enter the business through a wall in the rear of the business. There was also a box type truck that was left at the location that did not belong to the business.
Through the investigation of these incidents it was found that the truck, owned by DT Express in Blairsville Georgia, had been stolen from a parking lot near 536 Monroe Street where it is kept locally. The investigator also discovered through information from the owner that the truck has a GPS tracking device. The truck was stolen on October 1, 2016 and had been to several locations between then and October 3, 2016 before ending up at Home Delivery Link.
