And more than 50 retired wrestlers are suing WWE over brain issues.
They say claim to have suffered those injuries while performing in the ring.
In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs allege WWE intentionally classified wrestlers as “independent contractors” instead of employees, thereby shirking liability under applicable worker protection laws.
WWE says it believes the case will be dismissed.
