Racially-Charged Quiz Outrages Parents

MOBILE, Alabama (WPMI)- Parents are calling a test given at a Mobile, Alabama middle school racist and inappropriate.

The school system has placed 8th grade Burns Middle School teacher Joanne Bosler on paid administrative leave.

Guns, drugs and sex are used in the word math problems, including one which reads “Dwayne pimps 3 ho’s. If the price is $85 per trick, how many tricks per day must each ho turn to support Dwayne’s $800 per day crack habit.?”

Jason Boyington’s son took the test. He said the questions were very offensive.

“He had to read it twice for it to sink in are they really asking me these kind of things,” said Boyington.
