Gas line break creates traffic delays in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 247 are closed until crews can repair a gas line break.

Traffic between Avondale Mill Road and Industrial Parkway will be rerouted.

Deputies say the gas line was cut during construction work Thursday night.
