Macon man accused of shooting stepson in the head

61-year-old Kenneth Latimore was arrested for aggravated assault family violence. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said Latimore was arguing with 36-year-old Timoral Austin over money Saturday afternoon at a home on Millerfield Road. Deputies added when Austin refused to pay Latimore the money he was owed, Latimore shot him with an AK-47. The bullet grazed Austin’s head. Austin was taken to the hospital and is stable.
