Hundreds celebrate at Warner Robins Veterans Day service
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Hundreds were in Warner Robins Wednesday morning celebrating our nation’s heroes.
The city held it’s annual Veterans Day service in front of city hall.
One vet says he finds comfort in living in the city because he’s never lived in a place that celebrates those who have served like Warner Robins.
“The people that live here are very supportive of the military and I’ve always felt at home here since 1974,” Burl Jimmerson, a retired U.S. Air Force vet, said.
Representatives from different parts of the community were at the morning’s service.
