4 people injured in Macon park shooting
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Four people were injured during a shooting at the Memorial Park Center on Second Street.
It happened Saturday around 9:45 p.m. Bibb deputies say 17-year-old Tre’von Wood, 23-year-old Terrell Evans, 25-year-old Tavares Evans and 26-year-old Davis Gay were at the park when someone shot at them. They were taken to the hospital. Investigators say Tavares was discharged while Terrell, Wood and Gay are still in the hospital. Terrell and Wood are stable. Gay is critical but stable.
Bibb deputies are still questioning witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to call the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500.
